Maitland Oztag’s Registration process has gone online (a registration night will not be held this season).

Oztag Shorts $30 / Oztag Tights $35 – available from the canteen Round 1 of the competition
The competition will kick off mid October 2022

HOW TO REGISTER A TEAM USING SPORTFIX

This is for whole team registrations of 10 or more players.

If you do not have a team and wish to register as an individual player please email maitland@oztag.com.au and include the players Name, DOB, Contact Mobile and email address.

Team delegates:

  1. Click here to be taken to our online registration page.
  2. Select competition – Junior or Senior
  3. Create account (if you have not made payment with SportFix before) or sign into your existing account.
  4. Verify email address (if creating a new account – please check junk mail)
  5. Fill in Team name
  6. Select Age Division – Ensure you are selecting the correct age – age cut off is 31/12/22 eg. any player turning 9 or 10 THIS year (2022) will be in the 10s competition.
  7. Invite team members – you will see a team code when registering, pass this onto your players and ask them to use the below instructions (If you miss the team code you can click the person in the top right – select my registrations and it will show your teams code).

Players added to a team by the delegate:

  1. Players will receive a team code from your team delegate. Select this link – https://sportfix.net/MaitlandOztag and press “Join Team” and enter the team code.
  2. Create an account using an email and password of choice. This will then take you into your profile.
  3. Fill in all personal details and finalise payment via credit card or Active Kids voucher details.

    DO NOT ENTER BOTH ACTIVE KIDS VOUCHER AND CREDIT CARD DETAILS

Competition is scheduled to kick off mid October 2022 – please visit SportFix for game times.

12 Rounds and finals will be played

Conditions of Entry:

  • No metal tip or screw in studs are permitted, plastic moulded boots or joggers are to be worn
  • All teams must wear the same coloured t-shirt it.
  • Players may only play for the team they are registered in. No “ring in” or “fill in” players are allowed
  • Shorts $30 / tights $35 available on Rego Days, players must wear the official Oztag shorts / tights
  • Team Registration form must be completed in full (including player signatures) by round 4.
  • Player registration fees are non refundable /non transferable once they have played a game or should they injured themselves whilst playing and not be able to finish the season. No refunds are given for change of mind
  • In the event of wet weather please visit our website or Facebook after 3 pm to see if games are being played.
  • All players must sign their own signature on the sign on sheets at the canteen each week. Players are not covered by Oztag’s Insurance if they have not signed on for their game/s. Players must have played & signed on for 5 games to qualify for the finals.
  • All injuries must be reported on the night the injury occurred. If the injury isn’t reported on the night you risk not being covered by Oztag’s Insurance. Report all injuries to the convenor at the canteen.
  • Teams must have five registered players for a competition game to commence. Teams have five minutes from the time the hooter is blown for players to be ready to play before a forfeit is called.
  • If your team needs to forfeit a game please advise your competition convenor before 3pm.
  • Changes may occur during the competition.  Information regarding changes will be placed on the internet – www.maitlandoztag.com.au facebook & on the notice wall near the sign on sheets.
