Summer 2020/2021 Competition Details

Come and join the game that is sweeping the nation.

 

COMPETITION NIGHT: Tuesday afternoon / evening

VENUE: McKeachies Sportsground – Aberglasslyn

COST: $80 per player / per team

DIVISIONS: 8’s, 10’s, 12’s & 14’s (team numbers will determine final division’s played)

 

REGISTRATION NIGHT:

DATE: Wednesday 7th October 2020

VENUE: The George Tavern – 3 Molly Morgan Drive – EAST MAITLAND

TIME: 5.00 – 6.30pm

These forms can be filled out and brought back to registration night along with registration fees.

Conditions of Entry:

  • No metal tip or screw in studs are permitted, plastic molded boots or joggers are to be worn
  • All teams must wear the same coloured t-shirt it.
  • Players may only play for the team they are registered in. No “ring in” or “fill in” players are allowed
  • Shorts $30 / tights $35 available on Rego Days, players must wear the official Oztag shorts / tights
  • Team Registration form must be completed in full (including player signatures) by round 4.
  • Player registration fees are non refundable /non transferable once they have played a game or should they injured themselves whilst playing and not be able to finish the season. No refunds are given for change of mind
  • In the event of wet weather please visit our website after 3 pm to see if games are being played.
  • All players must sign their own signature on the sign on sheets at the canteen each week. Players are not covered by Oztag’s Insurance if they have not signed on for their game/s. Players must have played & signed on for 5 games to qualify for the finals.
  • All injuries must be reported on the night the injury occurred. If the injury isn’t reported on the night you risk not being covered by Oztag’s Insurance. Report all injuries to the convenor at the canteen.
  • Teams must have five registered players for a competition game to commence. Teams have five minutes from the time the hooter is blown for players to be ready to play before a forfeit is called.
  • If your team needs to forfeit a game please advise your competition convenor before 3pm.
  • Changes may occur during the competition.  Information regarding changes will be placed on the internet – www.maitlandoztag.com.au facebook & on the notice wall near the sign on sheets.
